What we store from Meta platforms
When a business connects a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or WhatsApp Business number, Introgent stores the account's ID, an encrypted access token so the agent can reply, the messages customers send to that account with the agent's replies, and any public Page or profile information the business chose to import.
- Page or account ID
- Encrypted access token
- Messages and replies
- Imported public profile information
If you own the business account
Sign in at introgent.com, open the agent, go to Settings, and choose Delete agent. This permanently deletes the agent with its knowledge, memories, conversations, leads, and channel connections, including stored access tokens. It cannot be undone.
- Open the agent
- Settings
- Delete agent
Remove Introgent's access on Facebook
You can also revoke the connection from Meta's side. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Introgent. Our stored token then stops working. Deleting the agent as above removes the data we already hold.
